We have solutions .Net with differentes TargetFramework and version Devart

Other solution with other version of TargetFramework and Devart
Licenses file is deposited in the property directory
Currently we use an internal server to compile our solutions and we want to go to Microsoft hosted
the solutions compile without error but when I call the site it shows us the following message
Type: OracleException
Message: License not valid due to the problems with dotConnect for Oracle installation.
Stack trace: at Devart.Data.Oracle.OracleConnection.Open()

what is the recipe to apply so that the solutions compile in Microsoft hosted without error and the sites open without error ?
