I have downloaded the dbForge Event Profiler in the recent version 2025.1.134 and installed it.

When the UI opens and you click on anything but nothing will work ..it hangs for a bit and nothing happens. not even the help menu is working. There is no error in the Windows Server Event Logs nor anything..

The servers have no internet access "Air Gabbed Environment"

Where are the logs? Why it is not working on any server ..
