I would like you to guide me about dotConnect for Oracle and Entity Framework configurations for the project I described with the following keywords. 

This help can be a sample project already exists, a post explaining the configuration, or a help topic, reference on required nuget packages...

* Entity Developer will not be used, DB is already exist, code-based configuration is preferred. (40000 tables exist on db)

* dotConnect for Oracle (latest version)

* Entity Framework (core?)

* Dotnet 7

* MVC

* Visual Studio 2022
