How to add the activation key to SQL Server without Visual Studio

Hello. We have SSIS Dataflow Components for SalesForce installed on an SSIS SQL Server. However Visual Studio is not installed. How can we activate the product without Visual Studio? I found one other thread on this topic that advised copying a .lic file from another server to another, but I'm not finding such a file. See screen shot attached.
