I have a Firebird 3.x database with UTF8 characters, connected with Devart dbExpress from a Delphi Intraweb program and cannot get it to display more than one character of a BLOB memo field. Presumably I need to set something different when connecting to the database but I can't find any documentation specifying what needs to be set.

Any advice would be appreciated.
