  Regarding this issue, created about 1.5 years ago on the old forum:

  Your latest answer is: We have reported it to Oracle but have not gotten an answer from them.

Can you ask again?   Have they even acknowledged your bug report to them?  Is there an Oracle case number that you can share with us so we can try to put some pressure on them?
