I'm doing some volunteer database work and the NFP wants to connect the DevArt plugin from their shopify account to their Microsoft Access database.  I have full rights to a sandbox store, but I'm getting an error message -7711 from Access when I try to connect. 

Also, when I test connection, I am not sure if what I get is right or wrong.  Here is a small snip, but I can post more privately

Any ideas what my next step should be?
