My environment is:

Delphi 10.2 and C++Builder 10.2 Update 3

Devart Oracle Data Access Components 11.1.3

While I add a TOraquery to a form, and then in Object Inspector I click on SQL trying to bring up the editor window. Delphi dies. What I can do is to kill Delphi.

I tried to unistall/re-install many times and issue persistent. 

Then I installed Delphi for all users, my account has the issue. If I log in with another domain account, no issue. 

So this must be a profile based issue. But which approach should I take to fix it? I even don't know how to start triage.
