This problem with timestamps in the TZR format still exists in the latest version.
Similarly, I have had this request for years (the ability to configure time stamp format)
And this (timezone offset wrong in direct mode)
Can you please make these a priority? It is embarrassing when a customer reports a problem, then comes back years later to report that the problem still exists
