I have a problem with connection to Oracle in Direct Mode. It Work fine with Windows 10 but with Windows 11 I have this message :

"(NET : Network error (cannot connect to server on host '192.168.0.4':0

requested address is not valid in this context

Socket Error Code : 10049($2741))

<host = 192.168.0.4:0>)

It Work with Windows 10 in Normal Mode or Direct Mode

It Work with Windows 11 in Normal Mode

It doesn't work with Windows 11 in Direct Mode

Unidac : Tested with version 9.2.1 et 9.3.0

Oracle XE 8

Oracle database 19 or 21

Can you help me please.
