Oracle RAC connectivity issue (regression)

In early 2021 we updated our dorConnect for Oracle dependency to 9.14.1180 due to a client not being able to connect to their Oracle RAC database with our software. After the update all was good.
Late last year we again updated our dotConnect for Oracle dependency to 10.0. Now, a client is again not able to connect to their Oracle 19c RAC database. We asked the client to try to connect to the same database again with the older version of our software. According to our client, the older version connects without issues. Can you please check if there is a regression in Oracle RAC connectivity?
We use dotConnect for Oracle in direct mode with EntityFramework (6.4.4, not changed since late 2020) in an application built against .NET 4.7.2. Connectivity on Oracle databases not running on Oracle RAC is not affected. The issue produces varying error messages, but usually a 'ORA-12505' error.
