Using the Excel Add-in to pull and refresh BigCommerce sales data for orders with status = 'shipped'

when selecting columns for a preview, the query executes fine. However, when adding any filters/order by logic, the query is stuck on 'executing query'. See screenshot below... if I can figure this out I am golden! Please help :) Thanks
