How to Prevent This Error
To avoid this message in future installations:
1. Open Visual Studio Installer.
2. Click Modify on your current Visual Studio version.
3. In the installer, enable the "Help Viewer" component under the Individual Components tab.
4. Click Modify to apply the changes.
