How do I deactivate my license?

Deactivating a license may be necessary in certain situations, such as transferring the license to a new device or resolving activation issues. 

You can deactivate your license by following the steps below:

Log in to your account: Log in to your Devart account using the email address associated with your license.

Note: If you don't have access to the required account, you may need to reach out to the license owner for assistance.

Access your products: After logging in, navigate to the Products section. This page displays all your purchased products and the associated activation details.

Deactivate the license: Find the unnecessary machine ID next to the product you want to deactivate and click the Deactivate button next to it. This will free up the license for use on another device. 

Once the license is deactivated, the software on the deactivated device will no longer function unless reactivated.

You can now activate the license on a new device or troubleshoot activation issues by reusing the freed-up license.
