How do I get a refund?

If you experience any technical issues or product-breaking bugs that prevent you from using the product, please contact our Customer Support team. They will do their best to assist you in resolving the issue.  

However, if all attempts to resolve the issue are unsuccessful and your product remains non-functional, you may qualify for a full refund within 30 days from the purchase date (if you have opted for an annual subscription and/or perpetual license) or within 7 days (if you have opted for a monthly subscription).

To initiate a refund or seek further assistance, please use our Contact Form to reach out to our support team. Be sure to include all relevant details, such as:  
- The name of the product  
- The email address used for the purchase  
- A detailed explanation of the issue or refund reason  

Providing complete information will help us expedite the process and ensure a smooth resolution for you.
