How to apply for a VAT refund
If you have purchased a Devart product and need to claim a VAT refund, follow the steps outlined below to ensure a smooth process. Due to our payment provider’s policies, all purchases must be made at full price with tax included. However, you can apply for a VAT refund after completing your purchase.
1. Prepare Your Tax-Exempt Certificate
Ensure it’s a valid PDF or scanned document issued to your company.
2. Submit Your Request
- Your tax-exempt certificate (PDF/scan)
- Your 2Checkout Order Number
- Your contact details
3. Processing & Refund
2Checkout will review your request and refund the sales tax if approved.

Note: VAT refunds are only available after purchase.
