Limit of activations exceeded (dbForge)

The point is that when you change any hardware part of your computer or reinstall the OS or change a profile on your computer, your Hardware ID changes so the software considers it as an installation on an alternative computer.

Virtual machine installations are also considered as separate machine installations.

We would like to inform you that you can manage your license installations from your Devart Account directly.

The HardwareID of the PC with dbForge installed can be viewed in the system information generated by clicking the 'Send Info' button in the 'System Info Report Contents' window invoked by selecting 'Help -> About...' from the main menu of dbForge and then clicking the 'View System Info' button in the dialog.

So you can see your Hardware Id and compare it with the License Hardware ID in the Devart account.

For this, please log in to our website at https://secure.devart.com using the email address associated with your license.

In case you don't have access to the specified e-mail inbox, please contact its owner or the responsible person directly.

When you are logged in, you can check the amount of the activations, please refer to the following screenshot:

One license can be installed on 2 computers maximum simultaneously.
