Troubleshooting Manual Activation issues

If you are experiencing difficulties with Manual Activation despite following the documentation in the Licensing and Activation section for your product (available at Devart Documentation), please consider the following steps to resolve the issue.

Check the Activation Request:

Inside the dbForge product, generate the activation request. This request will be used for further processing on the Devart website: Activate Product.
Ensure the activation request does not contain any third-party characters or line breaks, as shown in the screenshot below.

Potential Causes for Activation Issues:

The activation key may have been transmitted via third-party messengers, email clients, or other tools that may alter its integrity (such as adding line breaks or special characters).

To avoid these issues, it is recommended to save the activation key directly to a file.

How to Save and Use the Key:

1. Go to your personal account at https://secure.devart.com/
2. Click the "Copy to Clipboard" button to copy the key.
3. Save the key to a .txt file on your computer.
4. Then, transfer this file to a PC with an active internet connection and use the saved activation key for manual activation.

Following these steps will ensure that the key remains intact and can be successfully used for activation. If the issue persists, please contact technical support for further assistance.
